Working Principle
Forced feeding: The material enters the pulverizer through the inlet, and the forced feeding device (such as pressure roller or screw conveyor) pushes the material into the pulverizing chamber to ensure that the material can enter the pulverizing area in a stable and continuous manner.
Crushing process: in the crushing chamber, high-speed rotating blades or hammer blades cut, impact and friction on the material, crushing it into smaller particles.
Particle size control: the crushed material is screened through the screen, the particles that meet the particle size requirements are drawn out by the fan into the collection device; the coarser particles continue to be crushed in the pulverizing chamber until the required fineness is reached.
