On October 29, 2026, the 10,000-ton-per-year mushroom residue briquetting production line manufactured by Gongyi Hengyu Machinery completed loading and shipment, heading for the project site in Lvliang, Shanxi Province. Tailored for the resource utilization of waste mushroom substrate at edible fungus bases, this production line integrates processes including crushing and high-pressure briquetting. It features a high degree of automation and stable operation. Once put into operation, it can process 10,000 tons of spent mushroom substrate annually. The produced mushroom residue briquettes can be used as clean biomass fuel or raw material for organic fertilizer. It effectively relieves environmental pressure caused by random disposal of mushroom waste, closes the local edible fungus industrial chain, and facilitates the high-quality development of circular economy and clean energy industries in rural Lvliang. Our team will follow up with installation and commissioning to ensure smooth commissioning of the project.
