01Energy saving and high thermal efficiency: the triple stacked layer dryer adopts a special three-layer heat insulation structure design, forming a self-insulating circulating structure body, which can reduce heat dissipation and improve thermal efficiency. Low energy consumption: due to high thermal efficiency, the triple layer dryer consumes relatively less energy in the drying process;

Working Principle
Triple stacked layer dryer (also called triple drying tower) is a kind of high efficient and energy-saving continuous drying equipment, which realizes the dehydration of materials in stages through the design of multi-layer structure and sectional drying, especially suitable for materials which are sensitive to the requirements of drying temperature and humidity, or which need to be dried for a long time at a slow speed (e.g. grains, foodstuffs, chemical raw materials, etc.). Its core feature is the use of vertically stacked three-layer drying chamber, combined with the optimization path of hot air circulation and material flow, which significantly improves the thermal efficiency and drying uniformity.
