It is used in wood processing plants, fuel plants, feed plants, fertilizer plants, chemical plants and so on.
Specificity:
01After the pressure wheel is enlarged, the bearing is enlarged, which enhances the ability to bear pressure;
02After the press wheel is enlarged, the temperature generated by extrusion friction is not easy to be transmitted to the bearing chamber, which ensures that the bearing is not easy to overflow the lubricating grease when working under low temperature;
03After the press wheel is enlarged, the press wheel can be repaired 2-3 times, which prolongs the service life, reduces the production cost and increases the profit margin of the project.

Working Principle
The motor drives the main shaft of the machine to rotate through the speed reducer, the main shaft is connected with the pressure roller shaft to drive the pressure roller to rotate, the mold is stationary, the friction between the pressure roller and the mold rotates the material to be pressed out through the mold, and the cutter cuts off the material and then falls into the dumping plate, which is thrown to the machine hopper, and the granulation is completed.
