Working Principle
The working principle of the wood integrated crusher is mainly through the impact energy to complete the wood crushing operation. The machine is driven by the motor rotor rotates at high speed, the wood enters into the crusher cavity evenly, and the high-speed rotating hammer head impacts, shears and tears the wood to make it be crushed. At the same time, the gravity of the wood itself makes the wood from the high-speed rotating hammer head rushed to the frame body baffle, sieve bars, smaller than the size of the sieve particles discharged through the sieve plate, larger than the size of the sieve wood in the crushing chamber for the second time, until it meets the requirements.
