Product Details
Working Principle
When the quantitative packaging machine enters the automatic operation state, the weighing control system opens the feeding door and starts to add materials, the feeding device is fast, medium and slow three levels of feeding; when the weight of the material reaches the set value of fast feeding, stop the fast feeding and keep the medium feeding; when the weight of the material reaches the set value of fast feeding, stop the medium feeding and keep the slow feeding; when the weight of the material reaches the final set value, the door is closed to complete the dynamic weighing At this time, the system detects whether the bag clamping device is in a predetermined state, when the bag has been clamped, the system sends out a control signal to open the weighing hopper discharge door, the material enters into the bag, the material is put into the end of the automatic closure of the discharge door of the weighing hopper; unloading of empty material after the release of the bag clamping device, the bag automatically falls; bags fall down to be sewn and transported to the next workstation. So the cycle is repeated automatically.
