Working Principle
STARTING AND TRANSMISSION: After turning on the motor, the motor transmits the power to the spiral spindle through the transmission system, causing it to rotate at high speed. A number of shear blades are set on the spiral spindle, and when the material is fed into the interior of the machine, the interaction between these blades and the stationary cutter plate tears the material into the desired particles1.
Material entry and shredding: the material is fed into the shredding chamber through the feeding device. Under the action of the shear blades, the material is quickly torn into small particles. Due to the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the spiral spindle, the material is thrown outward, and at the same time, it is continuously shredded by the cutting blades, and the cycle is repeated until the material is completely shredded.
Particle screening and discharge: the shredded material is filtered through the screen, and the suitable size particles are discharged through the discharge port, while the large particles continue to be cut and torn inside the shredding chamber until they meet the requirements.
