Working Principle
Feeding: The branches enter the pulverizer through the feeding port, which is usually equipped with a pressure device to ensure that the material enters the pulverizing chamber stably.
Crushing: In the crushing chamber, the high-speed rotating blades or discs cut, hit and tear the branches. The blades are usually mounted on the rotor, and the cutting force generated by the high-speed rotation will shred the branches.
Screening: The crushed material is screened through the screen, the particles that meet the particle size requirements pass through the screen, and the larger particles are returned to the crushing chamber to continue crushing.
Discharge: Qualified crushed materials are discharged from the discharge port by fan or gravity, which can be directly collected or used for subsequent processing.
