Working Principle
The working principle of wood teardrop pulverizer is mainly based on the combined effect of cutting, impacting and grinding. The following is its specific working process:
Feeding
Wood enters the pulverizer through the feed opening, and the feeding system ensures a stable supply of material.
Cutting and crushing
In the pulverizing chamber, the high-speed rotating blade or hammer head shears, impacts and grinds the wood, breaking it into small pieces or particles. The unique design of the pulverizing chamber, such as the water-drop type, helps to avoid the phenomenon of circulation and improve the pulverizing efficiency.
Screening and Sorting
The crushed wood chips and particles are screened through a sieve mesh and separated according to the size of the particles, the particles that meet the requirements are exported as finished products, while the larger particles are returned to continue crushing.
Wind conveying
Part of the equipment is equipped with wind conveying system, which utilizes airflow to convey the crushed materials to the collecting place, and at the same time plays the role of cooling and dust removal.
Discharge
The finished pellets are output through a discharge system for the next step of processing or collection.
Through these steps, the wood teardrop pulverizer can efficiently process wood into required chips and pellets, which are widely used in wood processing, biomass fuel production and other fields.
